What Are the Shipping Charges?

NakshatraKids offers FREE delivery on most items within India. However, some products may have additional shipping charges based on their nature. For international orders, shipping charges vary by item and are clearly mentioned on the Checkout Page. Please note that prices may also differ depending on the destination country.

What Is the Estimated Delivery Time?

The estimated delivery time noted in each product description. If more than one product is selected, and one is Ready to ship while the other is a Pre-order item, the estimated delivery time will be adjusted based on the Pre order timeline.

How Will the Delivery Be Done?

We aim to process all deliveries through reputable courier companies such as DHL, FedEx, Aromax and UPS internationally. We ship through Bluedart & DTDC for domatic, In cases where these couriers do not service your pin code/zip code, we use Indian Speed Post. If no courier service is available in your area, we will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery location serviced by our partners.

How are Items Packaged?

All items are meticulously packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, avoiding any form of damage during transit.

Do You Deliver Internationally?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. You can make purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, and we will ship your items internationally.

How Can I Track the Delivery of My Order?

All items are delivered through reputable courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order. You can use this Tracking ID to track your delivery on the respective courier websites. We email you the tracking number once your order is dispatched, and you can also find it in your order history panel when you log in to your account.

Who Would Be Responsible for Paying Local Taxes in Countries Outside of India?

Customs duty and any other international taxes applicable will be the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with the laws of the destination country.
