SIZE ISSUES

All items we had already clearly stated the measurement in our websites.  Please confirm the measurements stated that are suitable or not before you consider purchasing.  All size & measurement charts serve as guidelines only.  We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.  The measurement might have a difference of 1.0-2.0cm vary to the real item.  For more information, you may seek our advice. COLOR ISSUES

Customer doesn’t like the colour or style, and wishes to change to another colour or style/pattern/design. All item pictures may not be 100% accurate of colours due to different display settings. Colours difference from pictures displayed.  We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the dresses shown on our website /Facebook page.  However, because the colours you see depend on your monitor and other settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exactly accurate.  Picture featured is only for illustration purposes, please base on the actual product received.

You are responsible for the shipping cost back to us.

Please note Gift Vouchers and shipping charges are non- refundable

We charge 12% as restocking fees and deduct same from the actual total amount originally invoiced to customer.

We do not offer refunds. We do not offer reverse pick-up. 

Please follow the below steps to initiate a return:

01, you need to register by sending an email to hello@nakshatrakids.com with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 2 days of delivery. Please mention your order number & Name and the product details you want to return in the email.

02, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on the resolution or return of your item.

03, please allow NakshatraKids.com 2 working days to respond to your return request and provide instructions on returning your item or provide proper guidance of your order.

04, after we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check. Please note that it takes 4 to5 working days for us to receive the returned product.

05, finally, after the product passes the quality check, we will issue you a store credit in form of a Gift Card that will be emailed to your original order email address. The Gift Card will have no expiry and can be used to purchase anything from our store.
